One of my favorite Italian spots in Ventura County! They have great service and reasonable prices. Been coming here for years and now they have a new space. Although the new space is more open and obviously updated I do miss the darker vibe of the old place. That's just more my preference for softer lighting as the lights in the new space are fairly bright. Overall this is a good date night spot or just come because the food is good. Onto the food. We started with some very delicious garlic bread with actual garlic. For a main I ordered the cannelloni with a Caesar salad. My husband got the eggplant parmesan. Everything was flavorful and generously sauced. I decided to get creme brulee for dessert. It was good and they did not burn the topping which is always a good sign. Portions were a good size and we left very full. Also, their wine selection is great. They have so many options and I'm never disappointed.

First time visiting their new location in the same shopping center on Arneill I've always had a great meal at Lucerne, it's probably the most under mentioned places to eat at in Camarillo but is a really great dining experience with tasty Italian food. Each meal comes with a complimentary bread basket and butter, they have daily specials which always sound tasty, and everything on their menu I've had has tasted really good. It was chilly so I opted to to try their soup of the day which was a pink chowder. Really clean and warming soup, it was a great choice. My wife was craving garlic bread and it comes with 6 pieces, perfect for sharing and has such a great garlic flavor. Perfect for dipping into sauces. Their eggplant parmigiana is perfectly cooked and filling! And their Alfredo pasta was so cheesy and yummy! It's a nice pairing and you can ask for parmesan cheese on top. We finished with their creme brulee. I definitely recommend leaving room for dessert they have a small selection but everything is good and reasonably priced. The new location has a lot more space and tables and the interior definitely is brighter. Service is always very attentive and top notch. Can't remember if they had this in the past but you can now pay your bill via QR code and a payment portal which is helpful for those using apple pay or Gpay. Seriously one of the best places to eat at in Camarillo.

Best Italian food in town hands down! Service was amazing and was very knowledgeable of menu and wine list, we will definitely be back soon!

So so good! Came here with my husband for date night. We happen to just make a last minute decision to find Italian. Service was very good. We came in on a Thursday and it was not busy. But the waiter came in and checked on us as appropriate. Water filled, asked about food etc. feels like a family owned business. Food was delicious. Really enjoyed every bite we had. Lobster linguine was a special that night and was our favorite item. The sauce is so creamy and they give you a decent amount of protein. The chicken Parmesan was good too! The veggies were cooked well. The best part was the penne pasta. So simple yet again sauce is so rich and delicious. We did have the buffalo mozzarella and it did not disappoint. Again their sauces are perfection. Ended the night with their crème brûlée and you guessed right! It was fantastic. Good portion to share as well. One of the biggest portions we've had. Love the vibe too. It felt romantic and place looks so clean. Love the decor all over with thr wine bottles. We will be coming back! Next time maybe do some wine tasting as well

Took my granny here for her 91st birthday. Pretty good Italian food! The bread is so so good here! I was happy with my order of the eggplant Parmesan.

I love their newly renovated new location! Still in the same shopping center but better! I love the professional family element they have going on here . The interior and table seatings are so sleek yet inviting . So happy they brought over their wine rack display and also added more. We ordered: Complimentary bread is a must ! Penne Alla Pana was recommended by Manny and he did not disappoint! I was craving something that was light but had all the good things and this was perfect. Capers was a great touch. 5/5 Fettuccine Alfredo (with no added protein) was simple yet flavorful. The perfect comfort food when wanting something nostalgic. 5/5 Caesar salad looked basic but it wasn't. It was one of the best I've had. 5/5 Cappuccino was so pretty! My friend ordered it and she said it was good . So I gotta take her word for it ! Crème Brûlée was good but I wish it came with fruits on the side. 4/5

We were heading home from Solvang and we stopped off in Camarillo for dinner. I searched up Italian food and this place popped up. We went there and were very satisfied! It's an authentic family owned restaurant. We ordered the gnocchi Loren and chicken piccata. Both were so good! The gnocchi Loren came with chicken, mushrooms, tomatoes in a creamy marinara sauce. Definitely worth getting again. My husband got the chicken piccata so I only had a few bites but I really liked the sauce the dish came with. It was a creamy lemon sauce that complimented the chicken. Thanks for a great meal and we'll definitely be back the next time we pass through town!

I have been dining with Lucerne since 2022, and they are truly incredible. Family owned, bread made from scratch, everything is very flavorful and authentic! I recommend their Lasagna, garlic bread, and cannolis for dessert! I am new to wine, and our server had recommended something light, that compliments red sauce- if you're new like me, give the Carmenet a try!

Recommended by an Italian friend, we were looking forward to trying Lucerne at their new location. This is a family operation. The owners son was our server. The owner came by multiple times to help with the service (which was excellent throughout). A basket of warm bread was brought to the table even before we had a chance to order. Always dangerous because I tend to fill up on the delicious bread before the food comes to the table. Located in the same strip mall as the old location, lots of free parking in front. We started with a shared fried calamari ($19). Large shareable portion with a dipping sauce. I went with the risotto de la casa ($28). Great choice. Large portion of risotto loaded with shrimp, chicken, and sausage. Soooo good! My wife ordered the capellini Lucerne ($21). A pasta dish with chicken, capers, basil, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese. Quite good. Very pretty restaurant. Excellent service. Warm welcoming staff. Excellent choice for a local Italian restaurant.

The ambiance improved once inside. The exterior was destroyed, so I felt bad that we almost left! We're glad that we didn't. The service was by a team of seasoned waiters, so it was very prompt and very good. The good was very good. I enjoyed everything from the baked brie and garlic appetizers to the risotto de la casa and Frangelico dessert.
